About Faith Church
Faith Church, located in Radcliffe, Iowa, is a vibrant community of believers dedicated to glorifying God by being witnesses for Jesus in the world. Our church is a place where people from all walks of life come together to worship, grow in faith, and serve others. We are committed to making a positive impact in our local community and beyond, spreading the love and teachings of Christ.Whether you are new to the faith or have been a believer for many years, there is a place for you at Faith Church. We want you to be able to come right in, join us in worship, and learn about the God of all Creation along with us. The following are terms that describe who we are and why we do what we do. They are our core values because they are at the center as primary motivations for all that we do.
A Gospel-Centered Church
The world needs to hear the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus has paid the penalty for our sins and no one comes to the father but by Him. We will be a church that boldly proclaims this message of Christ.
The Bible is the highest source of written authority for God’s plan for His people. We are committed to preaching and teaching and using God’s word as our source in everything we do.
A Church Family
The truth of the Gospel reveals that Jesus Christ came to this world to redeem people. We strive to be a church that cares for people, welcomes people in, and encourages fellowship.
We recognize that God takes action when His people pray. Prayer is our channel to God. Private and corporate prayer is essential for the life of the church.
A Next Generation Church
One of our goals is to strengthen families. To do this we seek to encourage and strengthen men to be godly husbands and fathers; women to be godly wives and mothers; and children to develop humble and obedient hearts. We know from experience & from scripture that the key to a strong church is strong families. We understand that our youth are the future of the church.
Outward Facing Church
Missions is God’s plan for getting His Word throughout the world. We, as a church, encourage people to consider becoming missionaries and we encourage people to support missionaries through their prayers and their finances.
OUR STAFF
Lead Pastor
Andrew Johnson
Andrew Johnson was called in August of 2006 as our Pastor. Prior to coming to Faith Evangelical Church, he served for eight years as a Youth Pastor at Racine Bible Church in Racine, Wisconsin. Pastor Andrew was ordained at Racine Bible Church in 2006. He attended Bible College at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and Seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. Andrew and his wife Rebekah (Ruby) have five children.
Youth and Families Pastor
Will Holliday
Will and his wife Julia moved to Radcliffe in the summer of 2026 as Will followed the Lord's leading to become the new youth pastor. Will and Julia are expecting their first child in August of 2026 and are excited to grow long-term roots in the church and in Iowa. Will has been serving the Lord in student ministry since he was 18 and is now 25, 3 of those years have been as a full time youth pastor. Will is currently an online student at Biola University and is planning to enter into a Master of Arts in Theological Studies program at Westminster Theological Seminary in 2027.
